RETURN POLICY

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receiving the goods. Notify SC VASCOM ELECTRONIC SRL through the website return form or by e-mail at budureaionut685@gmail.com before the deadline.

The customer pays the direct return shipping cost. For defective, non-conforming, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, the seller bears the necessary return or remedy transport cost, according to law.

Refunds include the product price and the standard initial delivery cost and are made no later than 14 days after notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof that they were sent back. Extra delivery costs resulting from a delivery option more expensive than the standard option are not refundable.

Consumers are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where their legal conditions are met. Statutory conformity rights remain separate and unaffected.
